  • HVAC Outside Sales Superstar – Residential & Light Commercial (Greater Houston / Galveston) Are you a deal closer with HVAC know-how?

  • We’re a leading, award winning, fast-growing HVAC company based in Houston, TX, and we’re seeking a seasoned Outside Sales Representative to help expand our residential and light commercial customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new residential and light commercial HVAC sales opportunities
  • Conduct in-home or on-site consultations and present HVAC solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Provide quotes, explain product features, and close deals on the spot
  • Maintain strong follow-up habits with prospects, existing customers, and referrals in order to create life-long customers
  • Coordinate with operations and installation teams for seamless project execution
  • Establish a memorable experience for prospective clients at golf tournaments, wine walks, and other events
  • Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and confidence Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of outside HVAC sales experience (residential and / or light commercial)
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installations, and terminology
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Superior follow up
  • Valued team player with all departments
  • Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable Preferred Skills
  • Prior use of CRM systems, specifically Service Titan
  • Familiarity with Houston / Galveston metro and surrounding suburbs
  • Ability to read and interpret HVAC system schematics or blueprints
  • EPA certification or HVAC technician background (a plus, not required)
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) a strong asset Compensation & Benefits Base Salary :
  • $50,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience) Commission : Lucrative, negotiable structure (uncapped earnings) Bonuses : Performance-based monthly / quarterly incentives Benefits :
