Location : Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NYC (100% On-site)

Compensation : $150,000 - $225,000 (Base Salary) + Competitive Equity

Our AI-native platform delivers performant, scalable, and authentic creator-led marketing, compressing weeks of manual sponsorship work into seconds. Backed by top-tier VCs and named to Forbes’ list of Next Billion Dollar Startups, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join as a foundational member of the engineering team.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work directly with our founders, designing, building, and launching new product features from the first line of code to production. You will have significant autonomy and ship real functionality every week, tackling complex engineering problems that directly shape our product and business outcomes.

In this role, you will :

• Full-Stack Feature Ownership : Design, build, and launch high-quality, maintainable products across the entire stack, from the client to the server, using React / Next.js for the frontend and Python / Django / Postgres for the backend.
• Complex Problem Solving : Tackle complex challenges in marketplace design , multimodal content understanding with large models (AI) , and high-performance campaign optimization .
• Architectural Influence : Contribute to major technical decisions, ensuring systems are scalable, performant, and reliable in a high-growth environment.
• Rapid Execution : Move with speed and efficiency, delivering functional features weekly with full autonomy over project planning and execution.
• Business Impact : Work in an environment where technical decisions directly shape product direction and business outcomes, redefining the infrastructure for creator-led performance media.
