ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.

Job Details : \n

  • Work D / N rotating shifts : 7 : 00 PM-7 : 30 AM / 7 : 00 AM-7 : 30 PM (shifts may be variable to meet operational needs)

    • \n

  • Must have minimum 18 months recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience

    • \n

  • Must have 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignments

    • \n

  • Required certifications : AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS

    • \n

  • One year of recent oncology / chemotherapy administration experience preferred but not required

    • \n

  • Must work at least every other holiday

    • \n

  • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment required during orientation with acceptable scores

    • \n

  • Maximum of 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled

    • \n

  • Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand

    • \n

  • Hours submitted through Qualivis Lotus system

    • \n

  • Must complete badging and fingerprinting at facility prior to start date

    • \n

  • Pre-start modules required (billable up to 4 hours maximum)
