Job Description

ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.

Job Details : \n

  • Work 3x12 hour shifts per week

    • \n

  • Day / Night rotating shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM / 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM

    • \n

  • Shifts may be variable if needed to meet operational needs of the hospital

    • \n

  • Must work at least every other holiday

    • \n

  • 18 months of permanent experience in specialty required prior to travel assignments

    • \n

  • 18 months of recent Med / Surg Tele experience required (travel experience acceptable)

    • \n

  • Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand

    • \n

  • Required certifications : AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification

    • \n

  • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation with acceptable scores required

    • \n

  • Maximum of 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled

    • \n

  • One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in specialty required

    • \n

  • Complete badging and fingerprinting at facility prior to start date

    • \n

  • BCI / FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract

    • \n

  • Pre-start modules required (billable up to 4 hours maximum)

    • \n

  • Use Qualivis Lotus system for submitting hours worked
