Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Controls Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to support program management by developing budgets, tracking costs, analyzing financial data, forecasting, and risk management.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Financial planning and budgeting by developing cost estimates, creating budgets, and maintaining spend plans and Estimate to Completes (ETCs)
• Cost Control & Tracking through monitoring of project expenses, tracking costs, and financial analysis to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Forcasting and reporting, generating reports, and preparing financial deliverables.
• Perform a variety of project control assignments requiring the application of basic cost control techniques and analyses.
• Assists in developing and implementing cost control support for multiple projects and contract types (such as FFP, CPFF, and T&M)
• Assist the project manager with specialized reports, providing cost report information to project managers and review of procurement requisitions for funding and cost coding.
• Work in applications such as with Costpoint, CER, TESS and any other project controls-specific tools (such as dashboards) to assist with these efforts.
• Manage sub-contractor requirements and invoicing cycles.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
