Job description

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Salesforce (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders

Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes

Support implementations and testing, including user acceptance testing and documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce implementations

Experience with CRMs and AMS platforms, particularly Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programs

Familiarity with data integration tools and strategies
