We are seeking someone who can deliver results through paid social media campaigns and help support leading health and fitness coaches in scaling their businesses. You will work closely with prominent health and fitness coaches, supporting them with creative concepts, planning, setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid social ads.

With our current and projected growth, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact at Lenus.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns to meet client goals across multiple platforms.
• Analyze performance data daily, ensure profitability, and conduct weekly deep dives on results and trends.
• Stay current with social media and digital marketing best practices, leveraging insights to improve campaigns.
• Communicate wins, challenges, and data insights to clients and stakeholders, and recommend future strategies.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and other teams to align on strategies, creative assets, and targets.
• Partner with coaches to support creative strategies and ensure campaigns reflect their brand voice and goals.
• Manage budgets for your portfolio, driving growth and efficiency while meeting performance targets.
