Project Manager / Project Engineer – Water Resources Engineering

Our client, a well-established multi-discipline engineering firm in the Southeast, is seeking a Project Manager / Project Engineer to join their growing water resources practice in North Charleston . This hands-on role blends technical project delivery with team leadership and client engagement.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead stormwater and water resources projects : master planning, drainage / stormwater design, H&H modeling, permitting, and construction documentation.
• Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and reports.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, agencies, and internal teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Support innovative stormwater BMP design, erosion / sediment control, and FEMA LOMC applications.
