• What You'll Do
• Customer Support Responsibilities :
• Be the go-to expert for operational and technical support, helping customers maximize their equipment performance.
• Lead engaging operator training sessions both onsite and at customer facilities.
• Provide responsive phone-based support, resolving technical inquiries with confidence and clarity.
• Collaborate with clients on-site to develop optimized application processes tailored to their needs.
• Sales Support Responsibilities :
• Partner with our sales team to deliver compelling technical demonstrations that showcase the power of our machines.
• Conduct live machine demos during customer visits and industry trade shows.
• Process sample jobs for prospective clients, helping them visualize the value we bring.
• Contribute to product innovation by developing cutting-edge technology for new CNC models.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00 / yr.
