Responsibilities of the Project Manager include managing and overseeing multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, communicate with clients regularly, collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors, hire, train, and manage project staff, ensure safety protocols are followed, resolve any issues, conduct project closeout procedures, and continually seek out ways to improve the construction process.

Qualifications for the Project Manager include a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with experience in healthcare projects, strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, familiarity with project management software, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
