Operations Specialist

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist CPG / eCommerce : Tier 2. Key Responsibilities Manage order fulfillment and inventory tracking across multiple clients Collaborate with third-party operations partners to optimize supply chain processes Produce system reports to identify and resolve operational issues Qualifications and Requirements 2+ years of experience in an e-commerce / CPG business Experience with web portals like Faire, Mable, and Amazon Seller Central Familiarity with order lifecycle and troubleshooting order flow issues Proficient in maintaining centralized resources of known issues and operational SOPs Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients effectively
