Warehouse Coordinator / Driver

Position Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator / Driver is responsible for managing The Salvation Army Northern Division Headquarters (DHQ) warehouse. The Warehouse Coordinator / Driver is also responsible for assisting with transporting supplies, after-hours emergency calls, winter grounds upkeep.

Full Time, $21.00 - $25.00 / hour

Essential Functions (approximate time spent)

All work performed within scope of training and regulations.

• Oversee warehouse operations including storage, inventory records, distribution of materials, equipment, safety, and cleanliness. (50%)
• Manage forklift and pallet jack (manual and electric) maintenance, operation, and training. (10%)
• Assist building maintenance with tasks and projects as assigned. (10%)
• Ensure safe and optimal working condition of fleet vehicles (e.g., winter upkeep, transporting vehicles for routine maintenance and repairs). (5%)
• Assist with special events and projects (e.g., setup, equipment transportation, teardown). (5%)
• Respond to after-hours emergency building calls from the monitoring company as needed. (5%).
• Assist with winter grounds upkeep. (5%)
• Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and other required logs. (5%)
• Transport supplies and assist with assigned errands. (5%)
