Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction (DFW Area)

We're hiring a Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects across the DFW area. This role requires being on project sites about 60% of the time and in the office 40%, ensuring seamless coordination from kickoff to closeout. You'll manage costs, billing, subcontractors, schedules, and client relationships while driving projects safely, on time, and on budget.

What You'll Do

Lead heavy civil projects from planning through completion for TxDOT

Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams

Track costs, schedules, change orders, and production metrics

Provide regular updates to clients and leadership

Mentor and support Project Coordinators
