Job Description

Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet client expectations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Prepare and present progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
