Your Impact & Daily Tasks

• Inspect & Test at Scale : Perform rigorous physical and functional inspections on up to 150 repaired laptops, tablets, and other devices daily to meet Prime Quality Standards.
• Identify & Report Defects : Accurately document malfunctions or deviations and relay findings to Repair Team Leads for corrective action.
• Inventory Coordination : Update asset management systems with device status and location details to ensure seamless trackin g.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as the quality liaison-providing actionable feedback to repair technicians and partnering with parts inventory specialists.
• Data-Driven Reporting : Compile and support the generation of quality metrics and test reports for continuous improvement.
• Continuous Learning : Contribute to process enhancements and develop your testing expertise alongside seasoned technicians.
