Senior Director of Operational BI

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Operational BI and Data Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy for Operational Business Intelligence and Data Integrity, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Drive data governance and establish policies in collaboration with relevant teams

Develop and implement business rules and algorithms to enhance data management and reporting accuracy

Required Qualifications

15+ years of relevant experience with at least 7 years in a leadership role

Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent, plus 10 years in strategic business data management

10+ years leading Business Analytics or Operational Business Intelligence strategies, with 5+ years in the Health Plan sector

Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements and data reporting

Proven ability to deliver measurable ROI through automation and operational efficiency initiatives
