Position Overview

Outset Medical is seeking a data-driven, growth-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital presence. This newly created role will be pivotal in advancing brand awareness, driving lead generation and conversion, and supporting commercial growth across our enterprise customer base.

The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative : someone who thrives on experimentation, measures everything, and views optimization as a continuous process. This is the perfect role for a motivated self-starter, who likes to develop programs from the ground-up and appreciates working in a fast-paced environment where they can have an immediate impact.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Execute a cohesive social and digital channel strategy, managing the content calendar and optimizing engagement across platforms
• Lead the planning, execution, and continual optimization of digital marketing campaigns to support corporate marketing and sales objectives.
• Manage SEO / SEM strategy, digital advertising, and paid media to maximize visibility and qualified lead generation.
• Oversee website management and content optimization (WordPress experience strongly preferred), ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with brand strategy.
• Partner with the downstream marketing team to design and execute email nurture campaigns to engage and convert prospects.
• Analyze campaign performance data, extract insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Investor Relations to ensure consistent messaging, alignment, and performance tracking.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

SF Bay Area Salary Range $99,000 - $135,000 USD
