Location : West Covina, CA (On site) | Type : Full Time | Salary Range : $60,000-$150,000
As our Service Advisor, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda . You’re responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves Honda service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.
We are looking for a Service Advisor with previous experience in a high-volume service department. For immediate consideration, please email kiana.hernandez@normreeves.com.
What You’ll Do :
- Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
- Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
- Offer solutions and added services to guests
- Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest
- Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
- Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
- Process monetary transactions
