Job Description

I am currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney in Los Angeles for lateral placement. The ideal candidate shall have substantial experience with real estate financing, investment, leasing, and capital raising. Background in commercial and residential real estate transactions and development strongly desired. A Big Law background is preferred.

Qualifications :

• Commercial property representation for variety of uses
• Acquisition, disposition, financing
• Environmental regulations, zoning, permitting requirements
• Representing landlords and tenants in leasing opportunities
