Role Overview

New Teeth Now in Lakeland, FL is seeking a highly skilled, board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMS) whose practice focus is full-arch implant reconstruction . You will lead the surgical implant program, perform complex full-arch and zygomatic implant cases, collaborate with restorative dentists and lab technicians, and contribute to the growth and excellence of our Lakeland implant center.

Your role will be both clinical and strategic — ensuring surgical excellence, optimizing patient outcomes, mentoring the surgical team, and supporting practice growth.
