Hiring CDL-A Drivers

  • HIGH EARNING POTENTIAL - Up to $115,000+ per year
  • MORE TIME OUT, MORE TIME HOME - 3 weeks out, 4.5 days home

Solo OTR Company Driver

  • Top drivers earn $115,000+ per year
  • Base pay range : $0.59 to $0.64 per mile to start (DOE)
  • Earn additional $0.04 CPM performance bonus
  • Earn more with tarp pay, detention pay, layover pay, special loads, etc.
  • $1,750 transition bonus (paid within first 2 weeks)
  • Clean inspection bonuses
  • Referral bonuses
  • 3 weeks out, 4.5 days home
