In this role, you will lead the team to develop innovative sole materials and processes, working closely with athletes and cross-functional teams to address unmet needs.

Major Accountabilities :

• Lead validation and engineering of new sole materials and processes aligning with brand integrity, design, innovation, and profitability.
• Develop talent, tools, processes, and protocols for a state-of-the-art engineering team.
• Research consumer and industry benchmarks; drive creation of novel chemistries and processes exceeding expectations and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with Asia Chemistry team to ensure best practices are shared and implemented across teams.
• Manage cross-functional teams and partners to ensure project timelines are met, providing support and solutions as needed.
