Job descriptionHelp fans locate their seats in reserved seating areas Ensure only fans with the right tickets are allowed into reserved seating areas Inform fans of potential seat upgrade opportunities Sell tickets for night of show, and future shows to fans Manage will call and guest list distribution Troubleshoot complex ticketing issues using ticketing software Assist with pre-show venue set-up, and post-show venue teardown duties as needed Sweep, mop, and clean assigned areas post-show Aid in chair set-up for fully seated shows Work a variety of roles for occasional private events Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment

Box Officers work across three ticketing positions : ticket scanner, usher, and window seller.
Ticket Scanners :
- Work carefully and efficiently to get people's tickets scanned, so that fans can enter the venue as quickly as possible
- Use hand-held devices to process tickets
- Troubleshoot simple ticketing issues at the entry point
