Service Admin
Responsibilities – Service Admin :
- Greet customers in a professional manner
- Write Service tickets according to what the technician writes on the ticket
- Review Service Repair Order for accuracy in regard to parts and labor billed
- Communicate effectively with service technicians and management
- Tag keys for dealer cars and customer cars
- Move vehicles out of the service drive as instructed by management
- Proactively complete administrative tasks
- General administrative tasks and related skills
