Compensation and Schedule for the RN Coordinator

RN Coordinator - Full-time, onsite, $37-$55 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. Join a great team!

Required Qualifications of the RN Coordinator

3+ years of recent nursing experience required

Internal or family medicine experience preferred

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Arizona RN license required

AHA BCLS certification required

Associate degree in nursing required

Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities of the RN Coordinator

Coordinate daily clinical operations

Maintain regulatory compliance and a safe work environment

Maintain patient-focused care as measured by patient satisfaction surveys

Assure all clinical personnel are working within their scope of practice

Provide leadership in coordination of care

Direct a team to assist with procedures, monitor patients, and provide appropriate follow-up care

Coordinate the care of patients through appropriate triage

Coordinate open access, test verification and follow-up systems, referrals and appropriate documentation

Collaborate with staff, families, residents and physicians regarding patient needs and actively participate in process improvement

Develop and monitor patient education materials

Assist Medical Director and Manager to improve clinical efficiencies by enhancing customer service and implementing employee retention strategies

Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient
