A company is looking for a Compensation Transformation Lead for a 24-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Compensation workstream, including project planning, status reporting, and milestone delivery
Ensure alignment of compensation plans with program objectives and manage interdependencies across workstreams
Monitor KPIs and oversee testing, implementation, and post-go-live reviews of compensation initiatives
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR transformation with project management experience
Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives within a multi-workstream program
Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, design, governance, and compliance
Experience with HR technology and Compensation administration platforms
BA degree
