Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel - Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Counseling on mental health parity inquiries and assisting with related analysis

Collaborating with various departments to prepare mental health parity analyses

Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, managing projects, and maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications :

Juris Doctorate degree

2+ years of legal experience

Relevant experience in health law, commercial healthcare insurance, or healthcare provider legal support

Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Experience working with mental health parity compliance is preferred
