A company is looking for a Freelance Zendesk Consultant - AI Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

Review pre-generated intents and transform them into a logical sequence of agent steps

Define test cases, including dialogue flow and agent responses

Create a Golden Path for optimal tool usage by the agent

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Zendesk administration / configuration

Advanced level of English (C1) or above

Ability to learn new methods and switch between tasks quickly

Access to a laptop and internet connection for remote work
