Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into scalable cloud contact center architecture
Lead the configuration, development, and deployment of the chosen CCaaS platform
Develop serverless functions for seamless integrations with CRM and other systems
Qualifications / Required (Must-Have)
Proven experience in deploying and managing cloud contact center platforms
Expertise in designing complex IVR and advanced call routing logic
Strong experience with serverless technologies for integrations
Experience integrating conversational AI services into contact center workflows
