Titan is a leading national electrical contractor with locations in Florida, Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Primary duties are to build and manage service contracts. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing Account Managers and service personnel.

Major Responsibilities :

• Responsible for existing service accounts
• Responsible for obtaining new service accounts
• Service billings
• Service collections
• Monthly forecasting of service projects
• Coordinate local and non-local projects
• Training of Titan Electric management systems
• Reviewing service department personnel
• Recruiting and hiring service personnel
• Maintaining the fleet and inventory of service vehicles
• Managing the inventory of service tools assigned to fleet vehicles
• Ensuring the warranty process for contract jobs upon completion.
