Staffing Associate

A company is looking for a Staffing Associate to manage internal staffing tasks and provide analysis to improve staffing efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee the process of creating, posting, and staffing roles Maintain accurate records of staffing progress and collaborate with program management to meet project staffing needs Implement new staffing management tools and communicate with external partners regarding staffing opportunities Required Qualifications Experience in staffing or operations roles within a professional services organization Experience with internal resource management teams and supporting software delivery teams Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship May be subject to a government background check or security clearance
