Job Description

Selectek is currently looking for a Controller to be responsible for accounting and management of financials accounts located in southern Indiana.

Required :

BS Accounting or Finance

Manage Invoicing and payables

Manage payroll functions

Prepare Tax documents

Prepared all financial report for management

Mange bank deposition and reconcile accounts

Advance skill with Microsoft products and excel

Understanding of full general Ledger accounting

Ability to learn and expertly manage firm's accounting / time reporting software (Deltek)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job order

This person will manage the invoicing, payroll, banking, deposits, and expense reports . They must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and be highly proficient with Excel. They need to have full knowledge of general ledger accounting. They use Deltek software for accounting and time reporting so any experience with that will be preferred.

Salary range : $70,000 - $100,000 salary range depending on years of experience

Term of assignment : Direct Hire

Benefits : They pay 100% of employee's insurance

Location of job : Evansville IN

Hours & Shift : 8AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday

Work from Home : Possible if needed to be at home for service calls or if you are slightly under the weather but still able to work.

Remote : Not fully, see above

Travel : None

Work Attire : Business Casual
