What You'll Do

• Lead sourcing initiatives across a diverse vendor base to meet goals for quality, cost, and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and factories.
• Ensure compliance with Genesco policies, legal standards, and CSR requirements.
• Support costing and production teams with market insights and technical expertise.
• Oversee production cycles, shipping schedules, and component flow to meet delivery timelines.
• Manage factory audits, quality control, and third-party supervision teams.
• Represent J&M on Genesco's ESG panel, helping shape sustainability policies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes and vendor performance.
