Empath Home Health a member of Empath Health is seeking a compassionate PRN Home Health COTA Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide occupational therapy services under the direction of the Occupational Therapist for patients in their homes throughout Hillsborough County (West Tampa South Tampa Carrollwood Town N Country Westchase and surrounding areas). In this PRN role youll deliver individualized care build trusted patient relationships and help people manage their health with dignity and independence.

Locations : Home health visits in central Hillsborough county (West Tampa South Tampa Carrollwood Town N Country Ybor Westchase Hyde Park)

Schedule : PRN role offering 10 visits per week. Required weekend / holiday on-call rotations. Potential for full-time in the future if desired!
