Job descriptionHelp execute engaging meetup events with hands-on logistics support Oversee automated event systems and ensure everything runs smoothly Coordinate and pick up food delivery for events Set up and tear down physical event spaces (tables, chairs, signage, materials) Manage day-of logistics and be an on-site point of contact Assist with event registrations and attendee communications Support promotional efforts for upcoming events Organized and reliable You show up on time and follow through on commitments Tech-comfortable You can learn new tools and platform quickly A natural communicator You write clearly, respond promptly, and work well with others Detail-oriented You notice the small things that make events run smoothly Flexible and adaptable Plans change, and you roll with it gracefully A team player You collaborate well and aren't afraid to ask questions Genuinely enjoy people Especially when helping create welcoming event experiences Physically able Comfortable with light physical work like setting up event spaces Must be located in the Columbus, Ohio area this role requires in-person event support Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable learning and working with digital tools and automation systems Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Reliable transportation for picking up food and traveling to event locations Ability to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events (with advance notice) No previous experience required we'll train you on everything you need to know! What You'll Do
Digital Marketing Support :
- Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
- Help manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Track analytics and provide insights on what's working (and what's not)
- Support content creation efforts across various digital channels
- Coordinate with team members to keep marketing projects on track
