We're looking for an organized, reliable, and people-loving individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Events Assistant. If you're tech-savvy, love helping things run smoothly, and enjoy being part of bringing people together, this might be your perfect gig.
You'll support our digital marketing efforts while also helping execute memorable meetup events. Think : marketing support specialist meets event logistics helper meets automation overseer.
What You'll Do
Digital Marketing Support :
- Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
- Help manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Track analytics and provide insights on what's working (and what's not)
- Support content creation efforts across various digital channels
- Coordinate with team members to keep marketing projects on track
Meetup Event Support :
Help execute engaging meetup events with hands-on logistics supportOversee automated event systems and ensure everything runs smoothlyCoordinate and pick up food delivery for eventsSet up and tear down physical event spaces (tables, chairs, signage, materials)Manage day-of logistics and be an on-site point of contactAssist with event registrations and attendee communicationsSupport promotional efforts for upcoming eventsWho You Are

Must be located in the Columbus, Ohio area this role requires in-person event supportStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable learning and working with digital tools and automation systemsAbility to work independently and manage your own scheduleReliable transportation for picking up food and traveling to event locationsAbility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events (with advance notice)No previous experience required we'll train you on everything you need to know!Nice to Have
