A leading manufacturer of high-performance building materials is looking for an experienced Production Manager to take charge of operations at their 300,000 sq ft facility in Columbus.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves. The team needs a proven operator who can drive change, improve processes, and lead with accountability.
What youll be doing :
- Lead a team of 3550 associates in a complex, assembly-driven production environment.
- Tackle resistance to change and help modernize legacy systems.
- Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are consistently met.
- Collaborate across departments to streamline operations and improve performance.
