• Leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve high performance and accountability.
• Crafting and executing strategic product roadmaps that align with market needs and company goals.
• Making informed build vs. buy vs. partner decisions through in-depth market assessments.
• Implementing standardized product and engineering processes for seamless development.
• Introducing alternative technologies like low-code / no-code platforms to drive proof of concept and efficiencies in processes.
• Establishing standardized processes and KPIs to enhance efficiency and scalability in product and engineering practices.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Director, Product Strategy and Engineering Solutions is between $160,000 - $190,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
