General Summary : Are you a seasoned technology leader with a passion for delivering innovative solutions? Join us as a Director of Product Engineering and help shape the future of digital transformation.

What You'll Do :

• Lead Agile Teams : Oversee multiple engineering teams to build, enhance, and support technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strategic Planning : Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, portfolio priorities, and architectural considerations.
• Portfolio Management : Define and manage a portfolio of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and resource availability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with UX, Research, Data Science, Product Managers, and Architects to deliver integrated solutions.
• Engineering Excellence : Ensure teams apply best practices in software engineering, including test-driven development, continuous integration, automation, and adherence to Agile principles.
• People Leadership : Develop and coach a high-performing team of Business Analysts and Software Engineers; manage budgeting, resource planning, and performance.
• Innovation & AI Strategy : Drive initiatives for AI-enabled client onboarding, predictive modeling, and natural language processing to improve customer experience.
• Operational Oversight : Monitor KPIs and success factors to improve organizational performance and delivery speed.

The base salary range for applicants for this position is listed below. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience. $109,100.00-$224,000.00 Additionally, Unum offers a portfolio of benefits and rewards that are competitive and comprehensive including healthcare benefits (health, vision, dental), insurance benefits (short & long-term disability), performance-based incentive plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match up to 5% and an additional 4.5% contribution whether you contribute to the plan or not.
