Job Overview

The Carl H. Lindner College of Business, Department of Operations, Business Analytics and Information Systems (OBAIS) - Operations Management, is accepting applications for one or more term adjunct (part-time) faculty in operations & supply chain management capable of teaching subjects such as : Introduction to operations & supply chain management, lean six-sigma, project management, service operations, supply-chain management, supply chain resilience and security, procurement / sourcing management, customs administration, logistics and applications of Artificial Intelligence in operations & supply chains. This includes undergraduate and / or graduate courses. The Department is using this position announcement to build a pool of qualified instructors to fill teaching needs as they arise going forward, not hiring for a specific course or semester.

Essential Functions

• On a part-time basis, conduct and teach assigned undergraduate and / or graduate-level courses and seminars.
• May serve as an academic adviser for students and evaluate student coursework.
• Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of his or her responsibilities.
• Review, and where necessary, respond in a timely manner to all University-related communications.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Required Education Bachelor's Degree or higher in Operations Management or related field.
