Job description
TEKsystems' client is seeking a Sr Desktop/Field Technician to support their internal staff and client sites. This role will include travel. *Skills:* Desktop, Windows 10, Troubleshooting, Active directory, VPN, diagnosis, support, hardware, customer service, imaging, office 365, technical support, windows, sccm, powershell, POS Systems *Top Skills Details:* Desktop, Windows 10,Troubleshooting,Active directory, VPN, diagnosis, Customer Service, PC break-fix support, imaging, etc. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Provide technical support on-site for all internal staff. Travel to client locations troubleshooting software, hardware and POS systems. Must have reliable transportation and excellent customer service experience.
