About The Role
FOX Sports Digital is seeking a Director, Product Management to join our product leadership team. This role oversees a portfolio of fan-facing digital products and leads a team of product managers to deliver experiences that drive engagement, unlock business growth, and raise the standard of product craft at FOX Sports.
This is not a role for a "roadmap administrator." It is for a builder, coach, and leader who can set vision, drive execution, and elevate product practice across the organization. You'll ensure every initiative is rooted in jobs-to-be-done, measurable outcomes, and fan-first thinkingnot just features.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate / range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $179,000.00-194,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical / dental / vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
