Description

SPEECHCOM, INC is seeking a full-time CA licensed Occupational Therapist to serve a school in Riverside, CA for immediate start through the remainder of the 2025 / 26 school year.

Rate of Pay : $65-$70 per hour W2 (depending on experience)

Hours : Full-time, 30 hours a week to begin with hours increasing as caseload increases.

  • Assignment will begin immediately through July, with a possibility of an extension.
  • Monday through Friday

    Requirements

    Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance student mobility and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with other service providers to ensure effective discharge planning and continuity of care.
  • Educate parents and families on treatment goals.
  • Document student progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
  • Provide support and guidance for students with disabilities and those requiring early intervention.

    • Required Skills :

    Skill communicating verbally and in writing with students, faculty members, and parents so that all parties understand the program and the degree of progress being made. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Education and Experience :

    Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy

    CA state-issued license as an Occupational Therapist

    Salary Description

    $65.00 - $70.00 / hour
