ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mark Kinkade - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate and assist individuals with their insurance needs.
  • Work with the Agent to establish and meet marketing objectives.
  • Develop leads and deepen relationships with our existing customers by providing insurance and financial services.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have Personal and Commercial Lines insurance experience.
  • FL General Lines (2-20) Property / Casualty license (must have currently)
