Demand Planning Manager

A company is looking for a Demand Planning Manager who will lead the demand planning efforts within the Integrated Planning organization.

Key Responsibilities

Own and shape the S&OP agenda, ensuring alignment of commercial, financial, and supply priorities

Drive forecast excellence by championing accuracy and bias improvement initiatives

Strengthen cross-functional partnerships to resolve demand-supply risks and enhance decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field

5-8 years of experience in demand planning or integrated supply chain roles, preferably in CPG or retail

Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and influence cross-functional alignment

Familiarity with planning / analytics tools; experience with Net Suites / Oracle is a plus

Experience leading transformation and continuous improvement programs
