Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, providing expert-level support and guidance
Lead troubleshooting sessions and conduct online training to ensure customer success
Manage deployment and configuration of solutions in diverse customer environments
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Customer Support and User Support positions
Advanced knowledge in installing and configuring Linux operating systems (CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian)
Ability to configure network settings and Linux OS routing
Experience with Docker
Understanding of information security principles in networks and web applications
