Food Production - Processing Prep Hourly Rate :

  • $16.30 / hour /  $250 Sign-on BONUS!

Eligibility for a $250 reward on a quarterly basis Shift :

  • Monday - Thursday, 5 : 00am-3 : 00pm and Friday - Sunday, 5 : 00am-3 : 00pm Location :  5370 S.

  • Prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items Safely utilize a variety of utensils including knifes Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelines Help keep the production facility clean and organized Follow all safety, GMP, and QSF policies / procedures Necessary knowledge, skills, and experience : Previous experience in kitchen, food prep, or food service related work preferred Knowledge of various food prep methods, proper knife handling, and food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage preferred Able to stand and work for long periods of time (10 hour shifts) in a cold environment (around 40 degrees) and lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Able to stay organized and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
