Salary : $80,000 - 100,000

Location : Indianapolis, IN | Full-Time | On-site / 2 days hybrid once trained

What You'll Be Doing

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and planning across multiple business units
• Drive cash flow optimization and investment planning
• Support executive decisions with clean, clear financial insights

Payroll & Compensation Oversight

Reporting & Compliance

Team Building & Collaboration

Systems & Tech Management

What We're Looking For :

5+ years of progressive accounting / finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial operations.

Experience in a fast-growing or evolving environment - bonus points for service, construction, events, or project-based industries.

ERP or accounting system implementation experience is a big plus.

A people-first mindset with a strong desire to lead, collaborate, and build.

CPA preferred, but not required.
