What You'll Be Doing :

• Respond to and resolve basic technical support requests (Windows, Mac, Office 365, printers, etc.)
• Create and manage support tickets using our PSA tools
• Assist with user account setup and password resets in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Help monitor systems and alerts using RMM tools
• Document solutions and contribute to our internal knowledge base
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand issues and provide updates
