SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) : This position provides evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with developmental delays in areas that impact speech, language, feeding / swallowing, and cognition. Speech Tactics provides a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team of therapists. We provide clinic-based therapy services in our beautiful facility, daycare services, and school-based services. Role Responsibilities :

• At least 2 years of experience preferred, but not required
• Opportunities for supervision- up to 2 SLP-As
• Assess, diagnose, and treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective individualized treatment plans
• Develop home programs and provide parent education / coaching
• Collaborate with an OT, ST, PT, ABA, PYSCH, and parents / caregivers
• Quarterly Bonus Structures and Commission Pay
